Our Practice

Ms. Smith is an attorney admitted in Arkansas, Colorado and Mississippi and has been practicing law since 2004. She attended the University of Arkansas, both for her undergraduate studies and law school. She  received  her bachelor's degree in Philosophy from the U of A in three  years. She was the Student Honor Council President in her third year of  law school and on the Dean’s List once or twice. She has practiced a  wide gamut of law, including criminal defense, family law, personal  injury, medical malpractice, worker’s compensation and consumer rights  defense

Ms. Smith is also an avid world traveler; she's  visited Asia, Europe, Mexico, South America and a large part of the  United States. She studied creative writing one summer in college in  Galway, Ireland. She is also an honorary princess in an Iban Indian  tribe in the jungles of northern Borneo. She is an empathetic listener, a  wife to a seriously smart engineer and a  big sister. She  has an eye towards the holistic, collaborative practice of law, but  maintains a strong sense of justice. She is technologically savvy, but  also maintains that there is no substitute for the art of conversation.
